Terms & Conditions 

1. Promoter 

The International Rugby League Jersey Capsule Giveaways 2026 are conducted by Dynasty Sport Limited, trading as Dynasty Sport ("the Promoter"). 

These Terms & Conditions apply separately to each of the four promotions listed in the Promotion Schedule below. Each promotion is an independent competition with its own entry period, prize and draw. 

2. Promotion Schedule 

All dates and times are in New Zealand local time. 

3. Eligibility 

Each promotion is open to residents of New Zealand and Australia who are eligible to hold an account on the social media platform used to enter the promotion. Entrants under 18 years of age must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to enter. 

Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter, and anyone directly involved in administering the promotion, are not eligible to enter. 

4. How to Enter 

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. 

To receive one standard entry into the relevant promotion, an eligible entrant must complete the designated Dynasty Sport competition entry process during the applicable entry period and follow the Dynasty Sport account on the social media platform through which they enter the promotion. 

Only one standard entry per person is permitted for each promotion. 

Entrants may receive five additional entries into the relevant promotion by providing or confirming their email address through the designated Dynasty Sport messaging flow and expressly opting in to receive Dynasty Sport marketing emails. 

Existing Dynasty Sport email subscribers are also eligible for the five additional entries by confirming their email address through the designated promotion flow. 

Entrants under 18 years of age must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian before opting in to receive Dynasty Sport marketing communications. 

Marketing consent is optional and is not required to receive the standard competition entry. Entrants may unsubscribe from Dynasty Sport marketing communications at any time without losing any competition entries already validly awarded. 

A maximum of six entries per person is permitted for each promotion. 

Entries do not automatically carry over between promotions. Entrants must complete the applicable entry process for each promotion they wish to enter. 

5. Valid Entries 

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted or misdirected entries, including entries affected by technical or communications failures outside the Promoter's reasonable control. 

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and the validity of entries. 

Entries generated using automated processes, multiple identities, false information or any other method designed to manipulate the promotion may be disqualified. 

6. Winner Selection 

Following the close of each promotion, one valid entry will be selected at random from all valid entries received for that promotion. 

Each valid entry has an equal chance of being selected. Entrants who receive five additional entries will therefore have up to six chances to win the relevant promotion. 

The draw will take place electronically at 12:00pm (noon) New Zealand local time at Dynasty Sport in Auckland, New Zealand on the applicable Draw Date listed in the Promotion Schedule. 

The entrant whose valid entry is selected will be the winner. 

7. Prize 

The prize for each promotion is the two jerseys specified in the Promotion Schedule. 

Each jersey will be provided in the winner's choice of available size, subject to stock availability at the time the prize is fulfilled. If the winner's preferred size is unavailable, the winner may select from the sizes then available. 

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.  

8. Winner Notification and Prize Claim 

The winner will be contacted by direct message via the social media account used to enter the promotion, as soon as reasonably practicable following the draw and no later than seven days after the draw.  

The winner must respond and provide any information reasonably required to verify eligibility within 3 days of notification, unless a longer period is required by applicable law. 

If the Promoter is unable to contact the winner, eligibility cannot be verified, or the prize is not claimed within that period, the Promoter may conduct a redraw from the remaining valid entries, subject to applicable law. 

9. Publicity 

The Promoter will announce the winner through the Dynasty Sport social media account(s) on which the relevant promotion was conducted and may also announce the winner through its website and email channels. The winner announcement will remain available for at least seven days. 

By accepting a prize, the prize winner agrees that their name and general location may be used for the reasonable purpose of announcing the result of the promotion. 

Any additional use of a winner's image, likeness or personal story for advertising or promotional purposes will be subject to any additional consent required by applicable law. 

10. Personal Information and Marketing Consent 

Personal information collected in connection with these promotions will be collected, stored, used and disclosed by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the promotions, verifying entries, contacting winners and providing prizes. 

Personal information may be provided to service providers engaged by the Promoter where reasonably necessary to administer the promotion. 

Where an entrant separately chooses to opt in to Dynasty Sport marketing communications in exchange for the five additional entries, their contact information may also be used to send Dynasty Sport news, offers, product information and other marketing communications. 

Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe method provided in those communications. 

Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with applicable New Zealand and Australian privacy laws and the Dynasty Sport Privacy Policy available on the relevant Dynasty Sport website. 

11. Fair Conduct 

The Promoter's decisions regarding the administration of each promotion, including entry validity, eligibility and the conduct of the draw, are final, subject to applicable law. 

The Promoter will conduct each promotion fairly and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. 

The Promoter will not materially alter the Terms & Conditions applying to a promotion after that promotion has commenced, except where required by law. 

If circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control make it impossible or impracticable to conduct a promotion as planned, the Promoter may suspend or cancel the affected promotion to the extent permitted by applicable law. The Promoter will take reasonable steps to notify affected entrants and minimise any disadvantage to them. 

12. Liability 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control in connection with the promotion or use of a prize. 

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any right, remedy, guarantee, warranty or other protection that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer or other legislation. 

13. Social Media Platforms 

Where a promotion is communicated or administered through Facebook or Instagram, each entrant releases Facebook and Instagram from any liability arising in connection with the promotion to the extent permitted by law. 

The promotions are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc. or any other social media platform through which they may be promoted. 

Entrants provide their competition information to the Promoter and not to those social media platforms, except for information ordinarily processed by the relevant platform through the entrant's use of that service. 

14. Governing Law 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. 

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits the application of any mandatory law that applies to an entrant or to the conduct of a promotion in Australia. 

15. Acceptance of Terms 

By entering a promotion, entrants confirm that they have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions and the details applicable to the relevant promotion in the Promotion Schedule.
