Dynasty Sport teams action your on-line orders as soon as they are received with processing and dispatching completed daily. Delivery times may vary slightly, depending on the location of your shipping address should it be located outside a metropolitan zone and for orders being shipped internationally. Please note that business days are 8am to 5pm EST Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays within Australia. Dynasty Sport use a combination of freight carriers depending on the size of the parcel and its final destination. You will be advised at the time of dispatch in regard to which carrier has been used for your order. A tracking number will be emailed at the time of dispatch.  Upon Delivery, the order must be signed for. Should a signature be unable to be obtained at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left providing the customer with details on how to collect your parcel. Parcels will be held at the delivery service for the maximum hold time. 

Should the customer not respond to the calling card, the parcel will be returned to dynastysport.co.nz as unclaimed. In this instance further freight charges may apply, and the original freight charges are non-refundable.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:

Be aware that in the instance of international shipping, Dynasty Sport is not responsible for any additional import or customs duty charges that your country may charge. It is advised that you research your country's import regulations prior to proceeding with your order.


DELIVERY COSTS:

Delivery costs are applied to purchases prior to the order being submitted, the costs will be in the currency selected. Should the delivery of an item/s be delayed, you will be contacted via email to advise that your item/s have been placed on back order along with an expected delivery time. At this time, you can either cancel the order or wait until the back ordered item/s are back in stock. Payment is only taken when the goods are ready to be dispatched.

PAYMENT TERMS:

Dynasty Sport accept a number of different payment gateways including Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and AfterPay. All transactions will be billed in AUD (Australian Dollars). You will need to submit your credit card or PayPal details at the time the order is placed on the website, a confirmation email is sent to confirm goods purchased and value of the order. Your invoice can also be viewed via your account profile on the Dynasty Sport website under order history.

Once we have ascertained that the items on your order are in stock and are ready for dispatch, we will process payment for the Goods (including any delivery charges) using your nominated credit card or PayPal account. By finalising your order, you authorise Dynasty Sport to debit the order value amount from your nominated credit card. Should your nominated credit card be declined by your financial institution, we are unable to guarantee the delivery of your goods and may contact you to make organise alternative payment and delivery arrangements.

Dynasty Sport may decide at any time, not to accept payment from you by credit card. Should we decline to accept payment, we will not process the order and will contact you to inform you that your order will not be processed. We may process this Order or further Orders should you make alternative payment arrangements.
