Where It All Starts

Every year, hundreds of billions of plastic bottles are sold around the world. Most of them are used once, then thrown away. Fewer than half ever get recycled, and only a tiny fraction go on to become something new.

So we built Ecotek to give those bottles a second life.

Bottle to Jersey

It's a pretty cool process. Collected plastic bottles are cleaned, stripped of their caps and labels, then sliced into small flakes. Those flakes are melted into pellets and spun into yarn, which is then woven into fabric. The result? 27 high-performance EcoTek fabrics, all made from ethically sourced, recycled plastic bottles. They look great, feel great, and perform when it counts.

The Difference It Makes

Compared to conventional polyester, producing Ecotek fabric uses around 62% less energy and 99% less water per kilogram. It also creates up to 35% less waste and cuts CO2 emissions by over 20%.

When you look at the scale of what we're doing across our pro team and grassroots programs, those numbers become something to be really proud of. In 2024, Dynasty Sport repurposed in excess of 12 million plastic bottles. That's not a rounding error, that's a genuine, measurable impact.
