ABOUT DYNASTY SPORT:

Dynasty Sport is an industry leading sportswear business which supplies custom apparel and accessories to a diverse portfolio of professional and grassroots sporting organisations across Australia and New Zealand. 

Dynasty Sport supply product to a wide range of sporting clubs across the NRL, Super Rugby, Netball, Cricket, Basketball, Golf and Volleyball. Some of their partners include The Manly Sea Eagles, Gold Coast Titans, Cronulla Sharks, North Queensland Cowboys, Canterbury and Tasman Rugby, Southern Steel and Tonga Rugby League. They have also recently partnered with Moana Pasifika in their debut season of the 2022 Super Rugby Pacific competition. 

They also manage multiple professional teams (including the Crusaders, Highlanders, Hurricanes and others) e-commerce stores dispatching and delivering daily orders of supporters product and merchandise across the world. 

ROLE SUMMARY:

This is an exciting opportunity to develop and lead the Dynasty Sports overall brand marketing and communication strategy to help grow the brand and maximise sales growth.  

As a key member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media and digital marketing strategies as well as managing the customer communications across all marketing channels. You will be responsible for developing a CRM strategy to help drive sales and build brand awareness as well as maintaining the look and feel of their e-commerce stores, proposals and brand presentations.

You will also work closely with Dynasty’s various professional teams to align brand objectives and work with their marketing teams to develop and share content on Dynasty’s behalf.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Tertiary Marketing qualification, with a minimum of four years marketing experience.
  • Experience developing marketing and communication strategies to drive brand awareness and increase sales.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and communication skills (written &verbal)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of integrity.
  • Hands on, self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously 
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Experience managing and leading a small team
  • Adaptable to changing and fast paced work conditions.
  • Results driven and performance focussed.
  • Experience and / or an interest in the sports, fitness or retail industry is desirable.

We are looking to recruit a motivated Sales Representative to join our successful Auckland based team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Present Dynasty Sport Team Apparel to maximise sales opportunities across the Territory.
  • Manage and implement any events that may be required on territory to help promote the Dynasty Team Apparel range.
  • Achieve all Area Sales and Margin Targets.
  • All Reporting to be done in a timely manner as set out by the Sales Manager.
  • Managing the Sales Process through to confirmed order, delivery and payment.
