Dynasty Sport is a 100% NZ Owned and Operated company that is a leader in the Australasian sports apparel industry providing solutions to high profile professional sports organisations, clubs, schools and corporates.
We are looking to recruit a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our successful Auckland based team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assuming responsibility for the prompt and efficient processing of online orders from our various pro team and club stores
- Front counter customer enquiries
- Answering and processing customer's enquiries & orders via phone, email, and face to face
- Assisting in selected warehouse functions as required.
To be successful in this role, you need to:
- Be computer literate. Prior experience with Xero and shopify would be an advantage but isn’t essential
- Be willing to get roll your sleeves up, be a team player with a can-do attitude
- Have good communication and writing skills and be computer literate
- Be motivated to contribute to branch sales growth
- Have a great phone manner, and a strong service ethic
- Solution-oriented approach to problems, we love helping customers
- Hold a clean and minimum restricted driver's license
